What is the afterhours process?

After hours check-in is available. Kindly ensure you have your key
or pin code with you upon exiting your room. In the case of
emergencies outside regular hours, please contact
reception. If you require for someone to attend site afterhours there will be a afterhours call out fee of $50 added to your account.

What is the cancellation policy for direct reservations?

24-hour cancellation policy unless reservations booked on promotion or non-refundable packages.

Is a pre-authorization required on check in?

A pre-authorisation is only required when paying by cash. A cash bond of $250 is required on check in.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all rooms and on balconies. Designatedoutdoor smoking areas are provided. Please be aware that a cleaning fee of $500 will beapplied if any evidence of smoking or vaping in the rooms or balconies is found.

Is onsite parking available?

There is no parking available on site at the hotel. There is a parking area available 300m from the hotel in the Foundry car-park located here.

Is there extra bedding available?

No extra bedding is available.

Are there cots available?

Yes, cots are available at $10 per stay.

Are there laundry facilities onsite?

No laundry facilities are available on site.

Are there elevators onsite?

Yes, all floors are accessible by elevator.

Are pets allowed?

Certified assistance animals are welcome at the hotel. However, no pets are permitted onsite. Please make sure the hotel is notified pre arrival and that necessary identification isprovided.

Are there accessible rooms available?

Yes we have wheelchair accessible rooms available.
